1/2 cup dried lentils, soaked overnight
1/4 cup of water
A big pinch of salt
spices of your choice
Instructions:
1. Drain and rinse the soaked lentils.
2. Blend with the water, salt and spices into a thick batter.
3. Bring a non-stick frying pan to medium heat and add a big spoon full of the batter.
4. Flip once bubbles start forming.
