RECIPE———–
INGREDIENTS

– 1 can of chickpeas
– 2 tsp of dijon mustard
– 2 tsp agave nectar
– 1/4 cup banana peppers (pickled)
– 3 tbsp tahini
– 2 tbsp vegan mayo
– 1/3 cup relish
– 1/3 yellow onion
– 2 tsp nature’s seasonings (or salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, etc.)
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas (if you want).
2. Mash the chickpeas into a mixing bowl until it looks more like tuna salad (i use a potato masher or a fork).
3. Add all of the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir.
4. Optional: Refrigerate for 30 min. – an hour.
5. Make a grilled cheese (cheese optional – either on skillet or in a panini press), and split apart.
6. Add toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.) and EAT 🙂
