After being plant-based for 8 years I tried the carnivore diet with Alyse Parker for 30 days and here’s what happened…
4 things I’d love people to take away from this:
1) Don’t leave your health to chance. Ensure you keep tabs on your body through regular blood-work and diagnostics. I personally use NEXT health for testing.

2) Everyone is entitled to live life in line with their own values. The only thing you can control is you, so focus on that and if anything, aim to understand and educate rather than judge. Hating others based on their personal choices serves nobody.
3) Everyone is different.There is no one size fits all diet and there’s evidence to support the benefits of all foods groups if you look for it. The one thing all experts agree on is that processed conventional foods should be avoided, and food quality is ultimately most important.
4) Health is far more than just diet. Obviously what we consume is important, but so to is what we think, the emotions we feel, the environment we live in, the people we surround ourselves with and how we choose to spend our time each day.
