I’ve been on this path for 18yrs – vegetarian, pescatarian, eating all the dead things, detoxing, retoxing, back to vegetarian to vegan now consuming mostly raw foods and I’ll tell you what. Eating only plants is truly best for your overall health, the animals and Mother Earth 🌎
Knowing the undeniable connection between diet & disease is a blessing and a curse.
🥗 A blessing because you know what to do to prevent and reverse disease using food.
‼️A curse because you know when you’re acting in self harming ways, watching people you love do the same and can’t claim ignorance when your body develops diseases – like fibroids, pcos, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, yeast infections, diabetes, arthritis, cancer etc
A whole plant food diet is the only one clinically proven to prevent and reverse disease.
🥝 Intelligent doctors who’ve expanded their education outside the traditional training always recommend dietary changes most patients won’t make and are on standby with pharmaceuticals to support them until disease hampers their quality of life takes them prematurely.
🥝 Average doctors can make no such recommendations because they haven’t the knowledge.
🥝 Healers require clean eating without exception to get the body into advanced disease healing state.
