Dr. Nagra is a Naturopathic Doctor and practices at Tonume Integrated Health in Vancouver, BC, where he places a large focus on evidence-based nutrition. In addition to his schooling at the University of Victoria and the Boucher Institute, he holds a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies where he has also authored multiple articles on the topic. While his primary role is as a healthcare provider, he also authors nutrition articles for multiple websites, including ‘Plant-Based on a Budget,’ is an active public speaker, and volunteers for the non-profit organization, Nutritionfacts.org, which is dedicated to informing the public about the impact of nutrition on their health. He believes that everyone should make truly informed decisions regarding their health, which is why he dedicates much of his time to educating others.
