During “Veganuary”, I began to wonder: is this diet actually healthy? I mean, sure, red meat is supposed to be bad. But what about fish, chicken, and offal? Surely those have a place in a healthy diet, right?
My curiosity led me down a rabbit hole: books, articles and documentaries from both perspectives. This video is the summary of my findings. An attempt to answer the question: is a vegan / plant-based diet actually healthy?
Remember: this is an opinion piece based on the science I’ve found. It’s not diet advice.
