Pâté Recipe
2 cups Sunflower seeds (soak for 2-4 hours then drain) sprout overnight if desired.
2 carrots, chopped or grated
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 lemon (juiced)
½ red pepper, chopped
½ medium onion
½ tablespoon Celtic sea salt
Using S blade, place all ingredients in food processor and blend until well mixed.
