Hello all and happy almost New Year. As we are transitioning into the next phase it felt fitting to come on here and give the full scope of How we started in the Alkaline/Vegan Lifestyle, how we maintained and maneuvered through it, and where we are it with it now.
As I mentioned in the video, I have updated here and there over on my blog- but I wanted to put everything together in a consistent, seamless flow in order to give the full scope of everything.
We will forever be eternally gratefully to the late, great, Dr. Sebi and the Lifestyle that was afforded to us by following the Nutritional Guide. The healing and knowledge that we gained throughout has helped us go into this next phase.
We do, and will still, eat Alkaline/Vegan. However, we also eat just Vegan, just Vegetarian, or just Pescatarian from time to time. We base all of our nutritional and health decisions on our own personal paths and goals. So what is for us may not be for everyone else- and that’s okay.
I’m not here to tell anyone how to eat or live their life- just showing you how I eat and how I live mine. I hope you decide to still stick around! There are many, many more recipes to come.
