* When I mentioned the oil at the end! I clearly stated it’s NOT a health & shouldn’t be used regularly.. When I said if you use a tiny amount “infrequently” don’t stress about it – if your diet is 95% whole plant foods I meant it! But am I saying you should use it occasionally like once week (like I do sometimes) – NO! I’m saying that you don’t have to eat 100% “perfectly” all the time to be very healthy. If you’re like me and eat only whole foods 99% of the time and sometimes want to use a little bit (infrequently) for texture or something then that’s also nothing to worry about in my opinion. If you want to be “perfect” & oil free then good for you. I do not aspire to be because I know how well I look after my health (and also know how sick I got when I did have an all or nothing “perfectionist” mindset).
