RECIPES!
↠ SPAGHETTI NOODLES
◇ 2 medium zucchinis (peeled and spiraled)
♡ Spiralizer I Used to Make the Noodles:
♡ Vegetable Peeler I Used:
SPAGHETTI SAUCE
◇ 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (soaked in olive oil for at least 1 hour)
◇ 1 cup on-the-vine or roma tomatoes (chopped)
◇ 1/3 cup walnuts
◇ 3 leaves basil
◇ 1 tsp oregano
◇ 1/2 tsp onion powder
◇ 1/4 tsp garlic powder
↠ SALAD INGREDIENTS
◇ Bell pepper
◇ Cucumber
◇ Shredded Carrots
◇ Cherry Tomatoes
◇ Green Onion
◇ Salad Base: Mix of Romaine Lettuce, Arugula and Spinach
↠ ZUCCHINI ITALIAN VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING
◇ 2 cups of zucchini (peeled and chopped)
◇ 1 tbsp raw blue agave nectar
◇ 1/2 tsp mustard powder
◇ 1-1 1/2 cloves garlic
◇ 3 tbsp raw champagne vinegar (I buy mine from Brightland)
◇ 1/2 tsp black pepper
◇ 1/2 tsp salt
◇ 1/2 tsp dried basil
◇ 1/2 tsp oregano
↠ PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM “BUNS”
◇ Marinade 4 portobello mushroom caps with 1 tbsp of coconut aminos + 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for 10-20 mins.
◇ Dehydrate for 2-3 hours at 115 degrees.
↠ RAW BURGER PATTY
◇ RECIPE + DEHYDRATOR INSTRUCTIONS HERE:
↠ BURGER TOPPINGS
◇ On-the-vine tomatoes
◇ Romaine lettuce
◇ White onion
◇ Guacamole: See my recipe in the description box of this video:
◇ Beet Sauerkraut

◇ Poor Devil Pepper Co Hot Sauce – Flavor: Little Frankie
↠ RAW SWEET POTATO FRIES
◇ Slice 4 large sweet potato fries into fry shapes.
◇ 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
◇ 1 cup coconut aminos or Nama shoyu
*** Marinade for at least 30 mins.
◇ Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 6-8 hours until desired dryness is achieved. TIP: Prepare these early in the day so they can be ready for dinner.
↠ RAW VEGAN KETCHUP
◇ 1 medium tomatoes (roma is preferred)
◇ 2-3 tbsps apple cider vinegar
◇ 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (soak them in water or extra virgin olive oil for at least 1 hour)
◇ 1/4 cup agave nectar
◇ 1/16 garlic powder
◇ 1/8 tsp onion powder
◇ 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
◇ 1/8 tsp pepper
◇ Add a little bit of water for an easier blend.
