Ingredients
🍽️1 cup all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk, and 1 flax egg
🍽️PB spread
Banana slices
Drizzle with PB
Strawberry slices
Dusted with Castor sugar
🍽️Mix all the ingredients homogeneously. 🍽️There should be no lumps in the batter. Grease the pan with oil.
🍽️Add the batter and swirl.
🍽️Cook the crepe on low heat on both sides.
🍽️Add the toppings of your choice.
🍽️To make a flax egg, add 3 tbsp of water to 1 tbsp of ground flax seed, mix well, and wait for 5 minutes.
