This is what I typically eat in a day for my current Vegan Shred diet.
Meal 1 – 6am
40g Quick Oats
50g Flaxseed Meal
1 Large banana
Cinnamon
Water
Black Coffee
Meal 2 – 9am
150g Hard Tofu
1/4 Avocado
Handful and a half of Broccoli/Kale
Meal 3 – 12pm
150g Hard Tofu
1/4 Avocado
Handful and a half of Broccoli/Kale
Meal 4 – 3pm
240g Red Kidney Beans
200g Basmati Rice
Salt
Meal 5 – PWO Shake
30g Earth Protein (Bulk Nutrients)
1 Large Banana
5g Creatine Monohydrate
5g Glutamine
Meal 6 – 7pm
240g Chickpeas
200g Basmati Rice
Mixed Veggies
Meal 7 – 9pm
200-300g Frozen Berries & Grapes
Total Daily Macros
Protein: 166.4g
Fats: 69.3g
Carbs: 326g
Calories: 2740kcals
