I hope you are all doing well. Welcome back to my channel. I am so excited to share this video with you all. As I mentioned, I am going Vegetarian for January with some vegan meals too, in the hope to reduce the amount of meat and animal products I consume.
I am really enjoying the process so I thought I would document it to show you how easy it is to cook healthy, vegan and vegetarian meals on a budget for 2!
