Mixed Greens
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
1 cucumber
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup red onion
2 tbsp dried cranberry
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 avocado

1/2 corn
1/4 red onion
1/2 tomato salsa

3/4 cups almond milk
1 cup quinoa
1/2 frozen blueberries
2 tbsp flaxseed

Cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
Tsp almond butter

1 cup mashed beans
1 cup quinoa
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Onion powder
Cumin powder

Chocolate Quinoa Cookies🍪
