It’s budget-friendly and delicious, and easy to make at home. Very super the next day, fried in a little oil. I recommend it even as a lunchbox. Try it!

RECIPE:
4 potatoes
2 onions
3 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon paprika powder
2 teaspoons parsley
2 teaspoons marjoram
1 teaspoon cumin
salt
500-600 g gluten-free vegan pasta
Boil the water to cook the pasta. When it boils, add the pasta and cook. Then I strain it and rinse it with cold water. Peel and dice the potatoes. I also chop the onion. I start frying the onions in the oil. When red, I add the potatoes. I add water and spices. When the potatoes are soft I add the cooked pasta. This way the potatoes have only a little juice.I cook the pasta for a few minutes. Then I leave it on the stove, which I turned off underneath. I serve it later. The next day, fry in a little oil for an interesting dish. Try it!
