Hummus
460g cooked chickpeas (2 cans)
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup tahini pasta
1 lemon
1/4 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Paprika and fresh minced parsley for garnish optional
Tabbouleh
1 cup cooked quinoa
3 tomatoes
1/4 cucumber
1/2 red onion
100g coriander
100g parsley
10g mint
1 lemon
2 tbsp quality olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Sweet Potato
1 sweet potato
1/2 tsp cayan pepper
1/2 tsp garlic granules
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pink salt
Tahini
1/3 cup tahini 1/3 cup water.
1 lemon
1 tsp maple syrup
1 small garlic clove minced
salt and pepper to taste
parsley optional
Lentils
360g cooked lentils
1 carrot
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
finely sliced onion
salt and pepper to taste
cumin
handful parsley
