INGREDIENTS + NOTES
#1 Taylor Swift’s Chai Sugar Cookies 0:45
for the cookies:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp (113 grams)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (125ml = 118g)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g)
2 tbsp apple sauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 salt
2 cups flour (240g)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 chai tea bag w finely blended spices (or add 2 tea bags)
for the glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g)
1 tbsp pumpkin pie syrup (or maple syrup + dash of cinnamon)
2-3 tsp oat milk, or more if needed
→ bake for 10-12 min, or until golden brown (180C)
→ yields 24 – 30 cookies depending on size

1 small tomato
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
2 ripe avocados
juice of 1 lime, or more to taste
salt, pepper to taste
cilantro, optional
→ serves 2

#3 Jungkook’s Breakfast Noodle Dish 6:13
1 serving of rice, cooked
1 vegan “egg”
liquid whipped cream, dairy free
for the vegan egg:
3 tbsp chickpea flour (30g)
pinch of salt
dash of turmeric
pinch of black salt, another pinch for the finish
¼ tsp baking powder
3-4 tbsp vegan cream/cuisine
1-2 tbsp water
lil bit of oil for the pan
1 cup (spicy) noodles, cooked acc to packaging
optional toppings such as nori, sesame, kimchi, cucumber, carrot
→ serves 1

#4 Cameron’s Whatever You Got Ramen 8:56
2 handfuls shiitake
2-3 small carrots
2 stalks celery
1 handful broccoli florets
1 onion
1 inch piece ginger
2 cloves garlic
lil veg oil for the pan
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vg butter
about 3 cups vegetable stock (750ml)
extra water, if needed (i added another cup or so)
1 instant noodle pack (or double if u wish)
1 vegan “egg” (see recipe 3)
toppings: lime juice, sesame, chili crisp sauce, cilantro…
→ serves 1-2
(amount noodles can be easily doubled, taste test and see if u also need twice the amount of flavour packets, might be too salty then)

for the whipped butter:
3 tbsp softened vegan butter
3 tbsp sugar (i did coconut sugar)
pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla, optional
4-5 pieces of bread (gluten free if u want)
→ serves 2
