RECIPES:
✅Easy tomatoes and pepper pasta with chicken sausages
– 1 red pepper
– Handful of tomato’s
– 1 red onion
– Whole garlic
– Olive oil, salt and oregano
– Roast until soft and blend
– Add pasta and bake chicken sausages until cooked not burnt like mine…
✅ Seabass & roast veggies
– Seabass fillet with parsley, lemon juice, olive oil and salt
– 2 sweet potatoes
– Handful of mushrooms
– Handful asparagus
– Roast until cooked
✅ Overnight oats
– cup of oats
– Flax seed
– I also added mashed banana
– 1 scoop @womensbest protein powder
– Coconut milk
– Mix well and add berries
