Need a last minute quick dessert? My 5 ingredients no bake cheesecake truffles are incredibly easy to make and you honestly wouldn’t be able to tell that they’re vegan. I love creating allergy friendly treats that even those without allergies will enjoy.
You will need:
🎄 4oz/113g Coconut cream cheese (half a tub)
🎄 300g Icing sugar (2.5 US cups)
🎄 270g Plant based chocolate chips (1.5 US cups)
🎄 A generous teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
🎄 Pinch of salt
Not vegan? Just use dairy cream cheese and regular chocolate chips!
