INGREDIENTS
5 medium size potatoes, cut into cubes
2 cups of frozen green peas
3 tbsp of cooking oil (use any cooking oil of your choice)
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1 tsp of ground coriander
3/4 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of ground red chilli
1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper
1 tsp of roasted cumin coriander seeds, crushed
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
NOTE – Adjust the spices according to your taste.
