✰ Beet Hummus Recipe:
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
2 medium steamed beets
2.5 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp water
2.5 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp garlic granules
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp kosher salt (I use Morton’s)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Add more salt and lemon to taste as needed and enjoy!
