12 pitted dates
4 cups of frozen blueberries
6 cups of distilled water

4 cups frozen strawberries

Blend 12 pitted dates with 5 cups of water on high until smooth (30-60 seconds) to make a date milk base.
Pour half of the date milk into a separate container.
Add 2 cups of frozen fruit and 1 cup of water to the half of the date milk still in the blender. Blend on high to mix in fruit.
Repeat the previous step for the other half of the date milk. Pour into your container of choice and enjoy! I recommend a 64oz. insulated growler to keep your smoothie fresh.
