Sharing 3 of my favourite go-to pre-workout smoothies to have before working out 🙂 Lot’s of good nutritious ingredients in these smoothies and are relatively inexpensive to make. NO weird chemicals needed to get a juicy sick pump at the gym!! You can also enjoy these as a post-workout smoothie to replenish your muscles (important!!) or have for breakfast/snack.
