– 2 big handfuls of spinach (or half spinach, half kale)
– 1 frozen banana (peeled and chopped before freezing)
– 2 tablespoons of oats
– 1 tablespoon of almond butter
– 1 cup almond/oat milk
Espresso Peanut Butter Smoothie
– 1 frozen banana (peeled and chopped before freezing)
– 1 tablespoon of oats
– 1 heaped tablespoon of peanut butter
– Shot of espresso
– Splash of oat/almond milk
– Optional: protein powder/ice
