These are our easy, three ingredient meringues. They’re totally vegan and super easy to make!
Meringues can be a tricky thing to make vegan as we can’t use egg whites. HOWEVER the magic of chickpea water is the perfect ingredient to make these light, fluffy meringues! Simply whisk these in a stand mixer and you’ll get this amazing texture.
