Hot healthy and simple soup for dinner in this cold season 😋- Vegan gluten-free grainfree oilfree and no nuts added.
Base for thickness – steamed and ground – peeled carrot, tomato and peeled sweet potato. Peel the tomato after the cooking. Make slits before you cook which makes the peeling easy.
Chopped and steamed – knol knol or turnip , beans capsicum carrot, broccoli and cauliflower
Spices – salt pepper lemon oregano and red chilli flakes
Mix all, bring to one boil and enjoy !!
