Method:
Firstly, soak the sabja seeds in water for five minutes.
Cut up a small slice from a lemon and slit a green chili.
For assembling the Sharbath, take a glass and first add the lemon slice.
Then add salt, sugar, juice of a lemon, soaked sabja seeds, slit chili, mint leaves and ice- cubes one by one.
Next, add some water and make sure some space is left to the brim of the glass.
Now take another glass and seal the sharbath glass. Gently shake the Sharbath.
Kulukki Sharbath is ready to be served immediately.
