For the Christmas cookies, you need
* 100g butter/ vegan butter
* 90g coconut sugar (I used Sunday Natural’s Kokosblütenzucker*)
* 55g Date syrup
* 1 Flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flax seeds + 2 Tbsp hot water)
* 250g flour
* 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
* 1 Tsp Baking Soda
* 1/2 Tsp salt
Spices:
* 1/2 Tsp clove
* 1/2 Tsp nutmeg or Macis flower
* 1/2 Tsp Ginger
* 1 Tsp Cinnamon
Rest the dough for at least 30min before you roll it out.
Bake at 160°C for 8-12 min (Top-Bottom heat)
Sugar coating
* 100g Powdered sugar
* Optional: Juice Lemon Juice or plant milk until smooth
