Hello ! Let’s try to lose 1 kg every week and lose 5 kg in 5 weeks ! Sound ok !
The first and last 3 days will be only smoothie recipes for breakfast , lunch and dinner .
I make mistake in the video I wrote day 2 !

The others day I will use a small plate 🍽️ in place of big plate to serve and eat !!
Try to stay hydrated and active , have a walk , make some workout, remember if you are beginning a workout 🏋️ your muscles will get bigger before it gets stronger ! . I am not a nutritionist this meal plan from my experience .
Recipe :
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp greek yogurt I used vanilla
1/2 avocado 🥑
1 banana 🍌
2 handful fresh spinach
1 scoop protein powder ( if you are using !)
Blend and serve !!
