Such an easy, make ahead breakfast/overnight breakfast! healthy, filling and YUMMY!
RECIPE:
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
– rest for a couple hours, until thickened –
1 cup fresh mango (blended)
1/4 cup raspberry puree (mashed)
layer in your glass jars! and ENJOY 🙂
