When we started eating vegan we started becoming more aware of our surroundings and lives. We were both unhappy with the way our bodies and souls felt, the fact that we killed the animals that we loved, that the environment was suffering because our unconscious food choices.
But transitioning into veganism can harm your health if you are not MINDFUL and WELL INFORMED about it.
