Vegan chicken Parmesan is my 16 year old son’s favorite which is a delicious and nutritious meal to enjoy. We’re using my favorite Chicken substitute @houseofchickn
Here are a few tips to make it even more flavorful:
🌿 try adding fresh herbs like thyme or oregano to the Panko breadcrumb mixture along with my Golden Chick seasoning
🧅 add some diced onions, shallots and garlic to the chunky tomato sauce when you’re making the sauce.
🧀 Additionally, if you’re looking for extra texture add vegan liquid mozzarella and shredded vegan Parm to the top of the dish before baking.
