A vegan version of Dark Chocolate Mousse (:
(Mousse Au Chocolat)
This doesn’t set the best but it is incredibly airy!
Recipe:
180 aquafaba (1 15oz can of chickpeas)
15g sugar
150g dark chocolate
90g almond milk
– Strain your chickpeas and chill your aquafaba (not necessary, but it will whip faster)
– Melt your chocolate with the almond milk (any nut milk works great)
– Once the chocolate is cool, fold in the aquafaba 1/3 at a time.
– Chill for at least 2 hours
– snack away!
