Back in September 2013, I reached a point in my life where I wanted to cure my body from the inside out. I had suffered from acne, digestive issues, struggled with my weight and self esteem. I was unable to cure my issues through conventional methods, so I took it upon myself to become my own doctor. Through my research, I stumbled across the high carb, low fat, vegan lifestyle and this was my saving grace. Throughout my channel, I make it very clear that I am not a medical professional, however I am doing the very best I can with the knowledge and understanding I have at the time. Today, I continue to inspire people around the globe to become their greatest version through love, vitality and health.
