Valsoia, a leading Italian plant-based nutrition company, has announced the introduction of two new products to its plant-based gelato lineup. The Tiramisù Gelato Pint and the Salted Caramel Cone will be presented at ANUGA 2025, Europe’s major trade fair for food and beverages, which will take place in Cologne from October 4 to 8.
Gaining momentum in European markets
This addition to Valsoia’s gelato range follows the introduction of the Valsoia Italian Flavor Gelato pints in 2024, which have reportedly gained strong consumer interest and sales across European markets.
The new Tiramisù Gelato is a plant-based and gluten-free version of Italy’s iconic dessert. It combines a creamy texture with flavors of coffee and cocoa, and is topped with a generous dusting of cocoa powder. Gluten-free tiramisù biscuit crumbles are incorporated to replicate the traditional dessert’s texture and taste, providing an option for consumers seeking both plant-based and gluten-free alternatives.
Also debuting at ANUGA is Valsoia’s Salted Caramel Cone. The product features caramel-flavored gelato swirled with salted caramel sauce, all served in a gluten-free cone and topped with caramelized almonds for added crunch. This new offering is positioned as a response to the growing popularity of caramel flavors, which have been trending in the market.
Both products will be available for tasting at Valsoia’s booth at ANUGA, alongside the company’s established range of plant-based products.
