Vegancuts is entering a new chapter with fresh leadership and exciting plans for expansion. The subscription service, which delivers curated vegan products directly to customers each month, was recently acquired by a team of entrepreneurs and investors with deep ties to the plant-based industry.
“This is more than a business move, it’s a mission”
The new ownership group includes a diverse set of leaders: Noah Hyams, founder of VEGPRENEUR, a global platform for vegan businesses; Ajay Arora, partner at Arora Ventures; Peter Kamali, former executive at BarkBox and co-founder of Meetup.com; Jeff Fagen, co-owner of the vegan restaurant Plant Junkie; Saurabh Dalal, a long-time ethical investor; and Deepen Vira, an animal rights activist and entrepreneur. Together, this team brings extensive experience in business, consumer products, and ethical investing.
“This is more than a business move, it’s a mission. We’re excited to reimagine the discovery experience for vegans and the veg-curious alike, introducing people to the most exciting, innovative, and plant-based products on the market,” Hyams stated.
A wider range of offerings
Under new ownership, Vegancuts is broadening its subscription offerings. While the service has traditionally been focused on vegan food, the revamped platform will now feature a more diverse selection of products. Subscribers will have the opportunity to receive curated boxes that include not only vegan snacks and pantry staples but also cruelty-free beauty items, eco-friendly home goods, and more.
The expansion aims to make Vegancuts more customizable for different lifestyle preferences. “We’re building something that not only fuels curiosity and joy but also supports the growing movement toward conscious consumption,” said Arora, reflecting on the expanded product categories that will soon be available.
Despite the broadened selection, Vegancuts remains committed to delivering high-quality, curated products that align with the core values of compassion, sustainability, and ethical living. Each month, subscribers will still receive a mix of products from both emerging vegan brands and established names in the plant-based world.
Continued support for animal welfare
For years, Vegancuts has supported animal sanctuaries and vegan nonprofits through donations, and this mission will continue under the new leadership. A portion of proceeds from every subscription box goes to organizations that provide care, shelter, and advocacy for rescued animals.
Looking ahead, Vegancuts has big plans to improve the user experience and expand its reach. The company will roll out a new website with upgraded subscription management tools, making it easier for customers to select and customize their boxes. The team is also focused on forging new partnerships with diverse vegan brands from around the globe, offering even more variety to subscribers.
Vegancuts will also launch a referral and loyalty program designed to reward subscribers who promote the service. And until October 15, 2025, customers can use code WELOVEVEGANS to save 15% on any subscription.
